On the Bayou: A Taste of New Orleans in Smyrna, Georgia

This neighborhood restaurant serves up handcrafted-Cajun fare with big, bold flavors.  In fact, some well-traveled patrons who frequent On the Bayou claim the food is just like being in New Orleans.

How authentic is it? Everything about this place is Louisiana-influenced and custom-made.  On the Bayou is Cajun comfort without pretense.
