Mercier Orchards in Blue Ridge, Ga.

Mercier Orchards in the North Georgia Mountains.

In 1943, Bill & Adele Mercier opened Mercier Orchards.  This family-owned and operated apple orchard is now celebrating over 70 years of fruitful harvests! The combination of events, a bakery & deli, market store and farm winery makes it a great choice for a day trip to beautiful Blue Ridge, Ga.

The lake at Mercier Orchards.

A beautiful view of the lake and mountains.

The lovely tasting room features wine and ciders of Mercier Orchards
and neighboring vineyards.

A different view of the tasting room.

An abundance of books and specialty items are for sale..

The bakery.

Mercier Orchards had lots of jellies, jams, honey, etc.

And of course ... lots of apples.
